3.Your content
You keep ownership of the comics, artwork and text you post. We don’t claim any of it.
So that we can run the site, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, copy, resize, crop and display what you post, only as needed to provide Ink Byte. That includes making smaller versions and panel crops of your pages, and showing your work on your site, in feeds, search results, tag pages and RSS, following the visibility you choose. This license ends when you delete the content, except for copies kept briefly in backups or already shared through features like RSS.
When you post something, you confirm that:
- you made it, or have permission to post it;
- it doesn’t break anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights; and
- it follows these terms.
Visibility settings (public, unlisted, restricted and private) are there to help you control who sees your work, but no system is perfect. Don’t post anything you can’t afford to have seen by others.
